He's by some considered to be the best half back in the NFL. Others consider him 1B to Peterson. I'm not sure if being argued if you're the best, or second best, is underrated.

Chase Blackburn doesnt get as much credit as he deserves, albeit his most impressive performances come on ST. Now that we dont have Pierce tho, I think he'll get a chance to prove his worth at Mlb.

Now, there are some other RBs who are wildly underrated. As I mentioned above, Ray Rice had a monstrous season last year but still doesn't get any respect (he's rated 8th best RB on Madden next year.) Thomas Jones quietly puts up great seasons every year and nobody talks about him. And then there's Pierre Thomas who was the best RB on the Superbowl Champion Saints team and he's rarely even discussed (by the way, I expect him to have an awesome year this year.)
