I looked at his resume as a whole . . . not just his time in the NFL.

Still, better then Joe Montana. Better then Steve Young? Better then Otto Graham? Bart Starr? Tom Brady? I don't know if I would have Moon in my top 15.

I was torn about putting Manning first, but I won't be if he tears the NO defense a new butthole. I think that Jets game was one of the best games a QB ever had. Austin Collie? Pierre Garcon? Please...I think I could have a big game with him throwing to me. The Jets pass defense was systematically shutting everybody down, but they had no answers for Manning.

Oh. This is supposed to be a biased list?

I'd say a valid argument can be made for him anywhere from 1-10
