If six years is the max, there's very little chance he gets that in my opinion. He's a first-time offender, plus, my guess is that he pleas down anyway. As for the NFL, clearly a conviction means a longterm suspension, but he already lied to Goodell to begin with. So I figure he's in a world of trouble both career and life wise. And he deserves it. |

The NFL has a great opportunity to prove that they can make an example of a really high profile guy in this case. |

Yea but why would they? The NFL loves them some vick. The fact that the ron mexico and water bottle thing dont even count in the NFL mind and vick is a 'first time offender' shows that they are trying their best not to suspend him I think this proves otherwise. Goodell might wait until the trial to make a decision, or he might be so pissed, he suspends him immediately. |

Not exactly true b/c Vick told Goodell he knew nothing of the operation. |

So if he did all of this in the same state and never left, he wouldn't be as screwed as he is? Crossing state lines is such a minor thing in the crimes that he really committed. |
