I understand that, I just don't see where the fraud aspect comes in. This isn't a criminal case, it's civil

One would think it is, but she filed a lawsuit, or at least that's what I gathered from the article. I would have thought the DA's office would have filed suit. Maybe I'm just reading something that is not there. I would think that the statute of limitations on statutory rape is more than 2 years.

Yeah, Michael Vick flips off the fans, he gets treated like it's Peyton Manning and basically nothing happens. But think about what would happen if Terrell Owens did that. I don't really like TO, I do think he is hilarious, but the guy doesn't have a criminal record(I don't think). Thugs should be labeled on their forheads, and the Vick brothers should have a special ink.
