Why does FOX insist upon having him ruin nearly everyday of the week for me? They have him doing baseball and football annoucing and then they add him to the NFL pregame? Christ. He is awful. He is arrogant, has no working knowledge of sports and only got his job because his dad was so good at his.

Is there a less desirable type of person than that?

I like Bob Costas. I wish he could do every game I watch. And Al Michaels is good. The play by play guy Monday night -- I forget his name right now. I like him. I'm sure there are others.

Ernie Harwell is outstanding. He should be brought on to do the ALCS and the WS. Mario Empemba is pretty good. John Madden, despite his Farve love, is entertaining. Al Michaels isn't bad, nor is Bradshaw.

baseball costas (i dont like him NFL)
NFL, i'm up in air...ones who get things right and keep comments to a minimum i like best...and the ability to get a name right (are you listening joe theismann)...i think sam rosen does ok, he's not brilliant, but he doesnt try to steal the show like some do...he jsut calls the game

Mike Tirico?

I like most of the Fox NFL crews, and a couple of the CBS crews are ok.

As for Joe Buck, he was reason enough for me to stop watching the FOX pregame show...and it was my favorite of the pregame shows to watch.
