I could've sworn he was drunk yesterday when he was on E*PN News. He was slurring and stumbling through sentences. It was weird.

did you see Buck's attempt at immitating Jimmy Johnson's "mean" glare yesterday? he asked Aikman, "was it like this?" then stared into the camera, seemingly without making any sort of different expression other than his normal one, and Aikman said, "no, his was mean." Buck just looked like, "mine wasn't mean? but it was supposed to be mean...."
I did, he looked like a fool. He reminds me of the nerdy kid who could never play sports getting to be the jock through his announcing.

He's always rubbed me the wrong way.

He and Tim Mccarver doing a baseball game make me climb the wall.

i still laugh at buck when he overreacted. im convinced he did that for more ratings.

McCarver, even though hes a former Cardinal, annoys me. Buck, however, entertains me.

Buck's the best announcer in that duo by a wide margin.

With that logic, I would imagine any midget would be a good football pregame analyst. Come to think of it...that's genius.
Pure unadulterated genius.

What was funny is that no one else in the booth cared. Collingsworth even seemed a little excited about it.

I like the way he smiles into the camera when he knows he on.

Just like a kid wanting a dance in junior high.

to me it sounded like they were trying to ignore what Randy had done after the TD, and concentrate more on what he did to get open and score the TD. Collinsworth immediately changed the subject back to what really should have been discussed...a game changing TD reception. They cared in that they tried to act like it didnt happen , which in hind sight, is what Buck shoulda done...but he was acting on instinct and i dont fault him for that.

He still, out of all the calls made, has the best McGwire 62 call and McGwire 70 HR call. Both those calls give me the chills to this date.

Perhaps at the halftime shows, they have midgets dressed as the pregame analysts. Except at halftime, they're allowed to stand up on their chairs and hit each other in the head with wiffle ball bats.

A fivehead isn't about a lack of follicles, it's about the bulbous cranium. True, they can complement each other (often creating the dreaded SixHead), but they are not necessarily the same thing.

No, the midgets should BE the analysts. Ideally have them sucking helium prior to delivering their analysis.

THEN comes the wiffle bat bopping.

Since when do midgets need to suck helium in order to have funny voices? Unless you're talking about their weightlessness after sucking said helium...but in that instance, them bopping each other with bats wouldn't be that funny, so you have weekly winners (such as you and I) that get to go in and swing at them.

The helium would affect their already-funny voices. Imagine the midgets taking hits from a balloon while delivering a lengthy analysis of the Bears defense... hell, just put nitrous in the balloons!
