Yes, they have input. But there in the end, it's not his call to make, and the scouts are paid to do this very thing.

It's not like the Packers are the Bengals, and have to rely on their coaches to scout--Green Bay has a fully staffed scouting department.

And I am pretty sure they are at work either studing up on guys or visiting them at their own places.

None of us works for the guy so what ever we say is either what we believe or a joke. So loosen up.

None is damn large.

alot of coaches are there to they do have some input in the decsion. unlike our asst. coaches under Sherman.

Yes, they have input. But there in the end, it's not his call to make, and the scouts are paid to do this very thing.

It's not like the Packers are the Bengals, and have to rely on their coaches to scout--Green Bay has a fully staffed scouting department.
