I'll be at the dome on Sunday, so I'll see what info I can gather about these seats.

Id rather have a pass to the Cheerleaders dressing rooms.
The cheerleaders could be the trophy wives...or you could just go to the eagles locker room, if they still have the peep holes.

You have to believe these seats are unbelieveably expensive. But what an experience for a fan.
The average fan would also not likely be able to get these seats for several seasons anyway, no matter how much money they are willing to spend (unless that amount is so great that they are no longer average). Also, what would be the difference between these seats and a sideline pass, the seats?

yeah check it out for us sully and see you can't find out some particulars about them.
Am I hearing right? Is this going to be a 'Sports-Board' exclusive?

Sully, are you going to tease me with your report, then charge me more to read the entire thing? I'll bet you could make a ton of money, and antagonize a lot of readers that way...

2) Figuring that 'on-field' means actually on the sidelines, what are the odds that a player at some point comes crashing into the box? Wouldn't that be the ultimate NFL experience - having RayRay lay you out?
That'll cost you extra, Ray doesn't hurt people for free you know, well there was that one time.

Two immediate thoughts:

1) If I sit there, how much does a lap-dance from a cheerleader cost?

2) Figuring that 'on-field' means actually on the sidelines, what are the odds that a player at some point comes crashing into the box? Wouldn't that be the ultimate NFL experience - having RayRay lay you out?

One more thought: At what point does the NFL offer the unique experience of allowing a fan to ride that damn zip-cam thing that they have floating over the field? THAT would be the ultimate seat...
Way to cleverly disguise your true wishes for a RayRay lap dance.

Exellent. Would these seats be anywhere close to cheerleaders?

Default On-field Seating this Sunday
The Vikings will be the first team to try out the NFL's new on-field seating plan. The seats will probably be ludicrously expensive, so I highly doubt we'll see a repeat of the Pistons/Pacers incident. The NFL is feeling this option out as a possible new seating plan, but this will only be a test, and this week will probably be the only time the Vikings do this. Other planned sites for the experiment are RFK Stadium, Soldier Field, and Pro Player Stadium.

The seats are recliners inside a padded box, with small TVs handy. I guarantee that Joe Sixpack won't be sitting in those seats anytime soon.
that's pretty damn nice...maybe they should add butlers and trophy wives to the package.
