Rashard Mendenhall provides container Laden view

Connected Media PITTSBURGH -- Rashard Mendenhall has generated a stir with remarks made on his standard Twitter site regarding Osama bin Laden's death. Death is celebrated by the Pittsburgh Steelers running back on Monday tweeted: "What kind of person? It's remarkable how people may HATE a guy they've never even heard talk. We've just seen one side... " Mendenhall didn't restrain, even creating a mention of the the Sept. 11 attacks. "We'll never understand what actually happened. I simply have difficulty thinking an airplane might take a down demolition style." The Steelers felt obligated to do something. A statement was released by team president Art Rooney II, on Tuesday. "I haven't talked with Rashard, so it's difficult to describe and on occasion even understand what he intended with his current Twitter remarks. The whole Steelers business is extremely happy with the task our military personnel did and we are able to only hope this results in our soldiers coming home soon."
