Connected Media RICHMOND, Va. -- Attorneys for former Carolina Panthers participant Rae Carruth are asking court to a appeals to reconsider his confidence for planning to destroy his pregnant partner. A three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Oral arguments will be heard by circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond in the event Tuesday.
