Default Hope's Photo Thread
I don't think I've posted these particular photos anywhere else... could be wrong but whatever... I absolutely love taking pictures of flowers and natural oddities (as you can clearly see) so I thought I'd indulge myself and start a thread when I can toot my own horn whenever I want.

Thanks for looking

Bodega Head (Bodega Bay, CA) a 100+ year old cypress had fallen and continued growing. This little area is all grown over on the outside but almost like a little room underneath. I could have hung out there all day

I just looked again and noticed the initials and carved heart. I think I love it even more.

I love the tree, too. I bet it would make for a great black & white. The yellow on black photo really pops. it!

Yay! I'm your biggest fan, so my opinion might be slightly skewed into the 'biased' territory, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE these.

And how pretty is Princess? She's one of the sweetest Dogs on the face of the planet.

One of many crashing wave photos I took this last weekend in Mendocino, CA... the surf was incredible!

I don't know what this plant is called... but the way the water gathered in the leaves was/is awesome!

Thanks! One of the best things about Mendocino, CA is the surf there. It's always beautiful

Went to the 'North American Handmade Bike Show' here in Sacramento, CA with my hubby today... so much neat stuff but almost too many people to get some quality photos. However, I did get one shot from the show that I like and a few from our walk around the 'Downtown' area that I like

This bike is made from bamboo! The company is called Panda and their bikes are amazeballs.

PANORAMIC VIEW!!! (it goes from left to right, with the left being the wall, center is the ceiling, and right being the opposite wall)... history: Tower Records started in my lovely city (Sactown, CA WHATWHAT!) and their Downtown story had this AMAZING mural above the front entrance to the store, it was painted by Frank Carson in 1973 and I can barely believe it's still there at all! I am so glad that I've finally be able to capture it like this. Who knows how long it is until the assholes in City Hall decide to tear the whole block down.

Finally, my beautiful Husband... I told him he can use this as his 'back cover photo' when he finally has his novel published
