Oh. I have some. I probably twitpic'd a few, but I'll grab some off the phone this evening.

We're so not used to the snow in this country, it's hilarious.

Default I suppose I may as well have a photo thread here too.
Even though I only recently have a camera again. My new HTC desire has a rather decent camera, and I bought a cheap secondhand Fuji Finepix S5800 because I was sick of not having a working camera anymore.

So yeah. These were taken with my phone.

And yeah, I like sunsets, the beach and lens flares at the moment.

Umm. I'll bring the other camera out soon and see what happens with it, but the phone is just so bloody handy to have to hand.

I'm obsessed with sunsets lately it seems.

Though, I think it's just that I like snapping photos of things I find beautiful.

And yeah, sorry, but how could I not:

That wall just got added recently. Well, rebuild recently as the farmer who lives opposite cleared all the shrubs and bushes and the like from the roadside.

I love the last evening ocean one. Also, I love where you live. Looks idyllic to me.

Where I live is pretty beautiful. Dunno how much longer that'll last as the city is creeping up on us. That road used to be quiet enough to sit down on and have a chat. Now it's really busy and I managed to snap that shot at a quiet point. The view of the lake on that side, and the mountains to the left, and the ocean to the other side is just breathtaking sometimes.

umm, it's much like yours probably. I just live on the edge of a small city (townsized really) in the west of Ireland, and we have tiny shitty country roads out here that are really pretty.

Oh, umm, I had a little photography job, of sorts. The irish gay mag asked me to do some "scene photos" from galway for their current issue, and they printed 9 or so of them, and put the rest I sent them on their website. And they're even paying me - all I really had to do was take photos of folk who were drunk, and make them look good. Bonus was chatting to the hot boys.

you didn't happen to get the bearded redhead's digits, did you?
Jeez. You and Ryan both! Nah, I vaguely know the guy in the middle, and the red head is his boyfriend.

I have some shots on my camera I've yet to transfer to the computer, but I snapped these on my phone today while out and about.

Had a friend visiting, so I brought her out on a drive around some of the countryside around where I live. Took a few photos on my phone while she was off taking photos of things:

They're all up on my flickr. Apologies for the rounded corners, but I'm going through a bit of a phase with the Vintage Camera app on my android. The camera I had with the HTC has been replaced by the stock Android one since I rooted the phone, which gives nice photos too, but not as nice as the old HTC Camera app I don't think, so I've been playing around with the Vintage Camera settings to see what different colour effects and photo shapes and sizes it can do.

Then today I got out my other camera and played around with it at home a little:

I'm not great at smiling in photos at the moment - I keep grimacing. Must work on that.

Great photos...I love the one with the newly built (or rebuilt?) stone wall along the street. Looks as if that street is frozen in time from long ago. Oh, you're quite hot, too.
