South Korea is looking at developing an indigenous unmanned combat drone (UCAV) KUS-X by 2021. It is also pursuing stealthy manned fighter called KF-X. Korean Air Aerospace had wona contract to build a combat drone demonstrator which is scheduled to begin flight testing in 2013. KUS-X specs are speculated to be 4.5 meters span and 3.5 meters length. it may have 2 weapons bay. It follows the western UCAV model designs.
