Default legal question
Friends,

I have a legal query. Is it really necessary to probtate a Will, given that the beneficiary is the sole heir, being the only child for his parents? The property in question was built by his father in name of his mother, who bequeathed it to her only child before death.
Will appreciate advice.

Regards
apsarathy

Dear Sarathy Ji

Yes, it is an absolute MUST - [ without casting any aspersions on anybody's character]
These days, one never knows what ghosts will spring up and from where !

People will not hesitate to do anything for the sake of money/property.

So, it always better to be Safe rather than Sorry.

Yay Yem
