Yes.. its is a sanskrit sloka on Lord Ayyappa, which they use to sung in the night at Sabarimala before the closure of "thirunadai", i.e. sannidhanam.

But as far as think, the first word is "arivarasanam" and not "harivarasanam". (Of course, any sanskrt scholar can clarify this plz.... )
