Default MONEY does MATTER
Money matters the moment you are relieved from all the dependency on your parents. Money does matter any where in the world, not only in India. When man started evolving he needed a job to make money to buy food, clothes and a roof over his head.

He could no longer live in jungles wearing the fig leaf and run after rabbits to have a square meal. Man destroyed forests because he needed more space for the rapidly growing population. Destroying the forests brought disasters and gave birth to terms like "Climate Change" and Global Warming".

The more the man evolved the more the comforts he needed. He married and had children so he needed more and more money to keep them all happy. To a capable man there was no limit to the amount of money he could make. He had comforts that made others envy him.

Politicians of the world became corrupt because there was a potential to make money becoming a politician. The only talent a politician needed was his ability to talk and mesmerize his audience. Yes we needed people to take over the legislation of our country. No country could survive with out legislation. But trusting our politician to be ethical we are making mistakes over and over again.

It is not easy to find politicians who do not want money. While an average upper middle class man and the rich paid taxes on their income there were those who did not have to pay taxes because their income was below the taxable limit.

I do not wish to elaborate on money for education, for dowry, and the entire essential needs of everyday life that you must be lucky if you could say, “I don’t need money for”.

Even if I personally do not want much, the addition of a family to my life increases the amount money I would have to make. To those of you who think you don’t need money and don’t need to be busy making any I like to say you are either damned lucky to have everything you don’t have to pay with money or you are lying to your self.

Either way it would make me laugh if I happen to meet any such people.

As money is being used as a yardstick to measure success (and just about anything, even love), it is being made more important than anything else.

========================================

Money is an essential commodity to live a better life. It can be a matter of life and death for some. We hear of suicides because some one had no way of earning money, to feed themselves and their family.

You find people in western countries who are homeless. Due to the economic turmoil and uncertain futures companies have been shut down forcing people out of their means to earn a living. Banks that loaned money generously to people with good earnings turned a blind eye to their problems when they could not pay back.

There are rich people’s kids who neglected education even though their parents were prepared to spend enough money on them. On the other hand children of poor parents could not achieve any success due lack of money.

Any love bought with money cannot be true love and will not last the tests of bad times. It is the most important thing to any one who does not have it.
