Well if you have researched Thailand so much that it is true love of traditions and culture then you should know the rules and regulations about getting a job and working here.
Start out at the place where you first fell in love and go from there.

" I am a senior sales now in Freight and Logistics environment". When you read the various posts on employment, you will find that "English Teacher" is the most obtainable position. And, unlike in the past, most schools will actually require an education, in addition to one's native born "gift".

But, in case you were asking specifically about your field of expertise, ....

Due to the ridiculous amount of money made in freight forwarding, the jobs are very highly coveted, and protected by those in the local industry. Your only chance for such employment would be to hire on with an international firm with a Thai office, or use any connections in Thailand and a lot of prayer.
