Hi Thibodi
Howabout trying the Chaoroen Kung road area, plenty of places to stay there. One good place is near/opposite Robinson Dept Store/Bangrak some nice condos/apartments there, just take a walk around. My friend has a very nice one-bedroom condo there at 12,000 baht. very convenient for shopping and right near the Boat Pier, just a 25 minute ride to Thammasart and a short bus trip to Rama 3. A budget of 30,000 is a very decent one indeed! and if you want to find a place in that region just check out the Bangkok Post. Or for a bigger variety, sit down with a Thai reader and check out 'Home & land' magazine or www.pantip.com, lots of places for rent there and far cheaper/reasonably priced as their readers are Thai. |

I think u want a maid? lol Um....I don't know, but I dont think its too hard to find one. My uncle's family has a maid that lives with them. I don't know if many maids could be trusted though because I've heard my uncle telling someone that his past maids stole from the house and/or left (returned to family) and never came back. I know everyone is not like that but you should just be really crucial when you pick yours.
