Quote[/b] (baukhow @ April 23 2005,12:37)]hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if mechanics are needed in Thailand and if so, how much money can be made doing this with a college degree in automotive engineering, and in auto mechanics? Hard to see you making any livable wage by farang standards working as a mechanic anyway. Do you speak, read and write Thai? |

I thinking, being employed as a motor mechanic maybe a problem, but what about running your own automotive mechanical business. Registering a business with no employees, would make you a business owner manager, not an employed mechanic, you could either run a small mechanical shop from rented premises, or have a small mobile mechanical business operating from a van and fixing and servicing peoples motor vehicles at there home or work place.
