Sometimes there were cockroaches too. Needless to say my trip was excellent and full of character building endevors. luxery is for losers |

Quote[/b] ]luxery is for losers The physical sensations, the smells, the closeness with the family, the trips to the local market (big market only open twice per month), and the slow pace really make the trip a more "Thai" experience. I do not understand why farang want to stay in luxury hotels, eat food farang, play golf, and do everything else they can do in their home country. Why bother going to Thailand? Maybe they go for the nightlife, then go back home and talk bad about Thai women??? |

The National Source
October 29th, 2003 Prime Minister of Thailand prepares Bangkok for an anticipated visit. The Prime Minister of Thailand, Thaksin Shinnawatara, has assembled a special task force to prepare for the arrival of His Hines, Paul_au, crown prince of Australia, in March 2004. Among other things, the task force has decided to declare a two day holiday during the crown prince's visit in order to ease Bangkok's congested traffic. Also on the list of things to do: persons in Bangkok with body-odor exceeding legal limits will be rounded up and sent back to their homes for showers. Any non-Thai nationals among the odor-offenders will be sent back to their respective countries for baths. In addition, all stray birds that have not been registered with Bangkok authorities will be gathered and shipped off to a bird sanctuary in another province where they will be nutered, cleaned, fed, and registered with authorities. "We really want to make a good impression on Paul_au" says Paiboon Intarong, a member of Thakin's special task force. |

By the ghost you're bloody quick mate, no wonder ya call yourself Ferrit. Nothing better to do on a Sunday? Me neither... actually, I've got swagloads to do, gotta stop procrastinating, dreaming about Thailand. If everyone would start writing 100% bore-inspiring posts, I'd get something done around here.

His Majesty Royal Hinest Crown Prince Paul_au of Australia,
Has arrived in Pattaya for a couple of days of sports and recreation, He has been accosted by scantily clad woman, trying to sponge money of him in the street. fortunately he told these girls to get lost and instructed his personal body guard to push these woman away if they try to annoy him. At the Ambassador City Jomtien he is staying in the ocean wing, where he quickly affectionately passed the receptionist, and was invited to see the 2 star Inn Wing, where the Thai people reside for a fraction of the cost. In the Inn wing he quickly picked up his dates for the night, three Thai room service assistance, yes that's right, his majesty is dating 3 woman at once, he figures this is better as three Thai woman could more easily pay for his night out then one. |

Quote[/b] (chong @ Oct. 29 2003,05:42)]This is insane !!!!. His royal hines Paul should be sent to a psychiatrist. His royal hines is not advisable to visit Thailand until he recover from his madness.. Thats fully OK, no problem there. He will enjoy his stay to the fullest. He will perfectly fit into Thai society in his particular state of mind. No problem really, thats just about normal here. |

Unfortunately Paul's visit has been postponed. Australian cultural icon Marcia Hines, mother of Deni Hines has had Paul charged with misrepresenting himself as a member of the Hines family. He has had some trouble convincing the authorities of his alternative spelling philosophy and that he really meant Highness. Probably just as well because if they believed him he would be in even more trouble.
