I've also heard that Thai people that have a Sex change operation get a tattoo on their shoulder at the same time, some sort of mandatory thing?? Have you seen one? What is the common designs of tatoos? |

But I think it would be very unlikely for a Kathoey (Ladyboy) to give people a hint that they are boys; because they want to be a girl and want to be treated like that too, so why give a hint what they really are.
I don't think so that this would be the case. But what I have seen many times in Thailand is that women get the Name of their Child tattooed in English. |

Indeed.
If they want to be ladies, I mean sex transvertile. they won't leave any marks they were males before.. But I can tell by the looks that he's a male or female. Why is that they tatooed the names of their childs to their diff. parts of their bodies? Does that mean they really tresaure their childs? |

I haven't heard of such a thing. I would rather see tatoo as an art, or art of the body. Since the ancient time, we Asians are fund to this art. |
