Okay, I'm a Chinese student studying world politics, and the more I read about China and Russia's relations with foreign nations, the more depressed I get, because on their list of allies, which is not long, admittedly, all the nations are either rogue, totalitarian or terrorist-sponsored countries. Can anyone please explain to me why this is so?

They want to undermine the US. Their power depends on eliminating the democratic ideals represented by the US. If the the US fails they would be calling all the shots in the world and there would be no pressure for them to respect Human Rights at home or lose their power ever. Putin forever and Communist party of China forever.

You are Chinese and you are a bad guy ? China and Russia dont want wars, the U.S. does. China itself has an authoritarian system so how can you criticize anyone else? The U.S. supports terrorists when it suits them. There are no governments that are terrorist except in Africa. Unless you include American allies like Bahrain, Saudi Arabia which have no womens rights and arrest and kill their own people for protesting. The Syrian regime is defending itself. You dont know what you are saying.
