on the show, i remember a huge hairy orange-red muppet that was about twice the size of the others. i guess it was a kind of monster but i dont remember its name..

I LOVE the Muppets! Kermit and Animal('Specially since he's a drummer!) and Beaker and the Swedish Chef are my favorites. I only could pick one in the poll, so I chose Kermit... He is my most favorite out of all my favorites. Wish I could choose more than one though.

When I was little, I wanted to be a muppeteer.

Animal, duh. He was red and musically inclined. He also didn't speak too much...I really didn't like the muppets' voices so this was a bonus. And miss piggy I found annoying........ The rat guy was hilarious too, I think his name was Rizzo? or something...

A friend of me told me that the swedish chef is based on a real person, which he happends to know. This guy was a chef and was of some reason invited to american cooking show, with a translator since he didin't speak any english. But in the middle of the show his translator just dissappers and this guy has to continue on his own. Since he doesn' know any english he continues to talk in swedish. Apparently thats where the whole lanugage thing of the swedish chef comes from. For the swedish people on the forum i might add that he this guy comes from "dalarna" (a region of sweden), which can account for his intressting dialect.
