I got:

Lots of books! The best were a book called "Fairyopolis" and three Budo books:

"The Lone Samurai: The Life of Miyamoto Musashi" by William Scott Wilson

"The Life-Giving Sword: Secret Teachings from the House of the Shogun" by Yagyu Munenori, translated by W. Scott Wilson

"Soul of the Samurai: Modern Translations of Three Classic Works of Zen and Bushido" by Thomas Cleary

Clothes, a doll for my collection, a fun scarf that does neat things(You can wear it several different ways.) and a neat large music box that plays special music disks and has moving dancers inside of it. Very pretty!

I also got a box of large Pocky. Literally, it's huge! I never knew Pocky could come so huge... hahaha!

Oh, and of course, I got a stocking with some neat things in it. It's a tradition in our family. Even the adults get stockings!

I didn't get any Kendo things this year, but the books were awesome!

4. A new Tsuba/tsuba-dome for my old bokken (I lost them)
5. A subiriko (little weight thingy for the new shinai)

Two things come to mind......one would be "enlarging" kiai...

hmmm...I don't like this idea..

I've had it with adventures....dragons,barbarians,guards...and those little things with little red eyes and big claws and teeth....this is just too much for a coward like me

i got some chinese and japanese porcelain bowls, a smiley mousemat (didnt really like it but it was better than my old mousemat, but my boyfriend spilled his drink on it and now its ruined

) a kendo book, a calender, kung fu huslte dvd, a recipy book :s and a crappy plastick sled
