ok, my sensei set me a challenge of finding the cheapest equipment around, it dosent realy matter about quality, just pure value. does any on have some mega cheap suppliers website they know about. plz plz plz help me and post some good sites

Sorry, you've got a non-sequitor here: you can't talk abut value and also say that quality does not matter. Value, by definition, is the relative worth of an item. If something (such as bogu) has such low quality that it falls apart after one use, it has no value (at least to me - maybe it does for someone who just wants a decoration), regardless of how low the price.

On this French website there is an Bogu d'occasion part where people sell their 2nd hand stuff. Last time I checked there were quite a few bargains.
