Hmmm... Interesting...
http://puzzles.about.com/library/quiz/blsnobte.htm Your Snob-O-Meter score is 50%. Sorta snobby. You can be relaxed and accepting of those that don't fit your criteria for being "cool", but you also have the occasional bout of superiority. Perhaps there are certain things that matter more to you than others, or you just get in a snobby mood from time to time. Whatever the case, you should refrain from judging others on superficial qualities. Don't judge a book by its cover. You don't know what fabulous and fascinating people you might discount just because they're not wearing the right brand of socks. Of course, this semi-snob attitude might get you a better job with a bigger paycheck. Snobs tend to have more self-confidence which means they get to call the shots. Watch out for those bouts of humility which are the hallmarks of a loser and can spell disaster in this dog-eat-dog world. |

89% Snobbish. Bow down peasants. Hark me.
Wait, I've got an avatar inspired by "Total Eclipse of the Heart" How can I be snobbish? Your Snob-O-Meter score is 89%. Very snobby. You've got a superiority complex! You tend to judge others on a criteria you've developed over the years, and there aren't too many people who make the cut! There's just no subtle way to say this - you are a superficial, stuck-up, pompous snob. And you probably already know this, and don't really care. If the most important thing to you is someone's outer shell, then you'll never get below the surface to find their real worth. On the other hand, I'll bet you go far in this world and amass a lot of material wealth which ain't so bad. They say money doesn't buy happiness but it does buy freedom. And which would you rather be? A happy loser trapped in the daily grind or a miserable big-spender who must decide between a round of golf or a day on board a yacht sipping Dom Perignon? |

An idiot made that test. I got 78% too, and I'm no snob. Americans can't distinguish the awareness of ones own intellectual and cultural superiority from snobbishness. I am arrogant, not a snob. In fact I despise snobs, as well as the likes of the uncultured person who made this test.
Only two alternatives on each question, I say no more. |
