My bf goes to Karate on Wednesday evenings straight from work, and because we go home together, it was either watch and wait for 2 hours or join in. So I did. I really like the first hour of hard fitness and body conditioning.
On weekends or sometimes during lunchtimes I like to play squash. Keeps the stamina up |

Program C++ four hours per week, Java 8 hours per week, PHP/XHTML 2 hours per week. Chook: You beast do you even have time to drink beer? Oh yeah and for me, besides my "medevil training scheme", 2x 1:30 hour of keiko. |

run 30-40 miles a week Anyways, I usually run if I get the chance. But I am sitting in front of a computer all day doing stress analysis. Kendo itself, (and this is the most I have done): I practice 1-3x a week depending on time and which dojo i feel like going to... On off days (and this is also the most I have done), some running, but not too much. Maybe the length of 2-3 laps of a track. 300-500 total suburi. (not straight thru) 20 situps 20 pushups (if there is no room in the apt, then I lean up against a countertop edge and do twice as many as i would do if i were doing regular pushups) Suburi menu (again this is the most i will do): 100 men straight thru rest 100 total katate men (now with improved grip!) rest 100 total kote rest 100 total do from both sides rest 100 total yoko men. I usually do this sitting since I have no room to swing my shinai since great damage to apt will happen if I did (and great anger will come to apt manager). Tim |

3-4 hours a day of intensive arm and finger workout (homework, internet and "others") Samurai999, that's some suburi menu. I'll take an order of the katate men. You and Lloromannic must have some handshake (although I wouldn't shake Lloromannic's hand after his arm and finger workout). |
