Default My amazing ability!!
I was wondering if anyone else has this experience..... when sitting at traffic lights, I like to look around. Unfortunately every second time I do, I will see some lovely person picking their nose. Yuk, but not totally unexpected.

What gets me is the fact that I seem to be the only person I know who sees this ALL the time!!!! Every second traffic lights, no joke. In one day I counted 5 people doing it. Why am I the only person who sees this?? Surely not THAT many people pick thier nose in the car???

If YOU do; STOP IT!!! Its gross!!

Ive seen the pick and wipe on shirt, wipe on dash, wipe in hair, wipe on steering wheel, flick out window, flick on window, and of course - the pick and chew.

Uuuuuuughhhh....
Does anyone else see this, or anything else that grosses you out at traffic lights?

On the way to kendo tonight, me and my dad drove past a man with his hand deeeeep in his shorts, standing on the corner.

Does that qualify?

I ALSO have a strange ability. Every time I walk into a book store, downloading random torrents off boxtorrents, searching online for articles, trying to Google something or just going through a list of new movie trailers...i always.....ALWAYS end up picking something really perverted >.> I really don't understand this.

Ha! You are probably kidding, but I practice road-seme all the time, after I realized (while practicing for my license many years ago) that defensive drivers are the ones getting cut off all the time, while offensive ones seemed to not have the problem much at all.

Hank.

Sorry, but that graphic description nearly led to a rushed trip to the bathroom... Urgh...

Sorry guys but as a person who is fond of the occassional bit of nostril mining and a someone who like to wander about his home as nature intended. I have no sympathy, either don't look or look and enjoy yourself (perhaps start a thread on your voyeristic passtime) it's not my fault if you need therapy for some sort of post-traumatic experience.
I do agree that eating the ripe pickings from your own or anyone elses snout does sort of lose it's appeal after the age of about 8. Yerrrrggghhh!

Oh I wasn't kidding at all! Other kendo principles I practice on the road include spotting the suki (when changing lanes) and commit to the change with sutemi.

When I scan my surroundings, I automatically skip the males. Fortunately I haven't come across any women picking their nose . I'm sure they do, but they're probably more discreet about it.

Doing it "her majesty style" with the gloves on is far too genteel for me.

From Wikipedia:

In medical terminology, a piece of dry or semi-dry nasal mucus is known as a rhinolith. Rhinoliths form when the mucus traps dust and other particles in the air. Mucus dries around the particle and hardens, somewhat like a pearl forming in an oyster. Since catching foreign particles is one of the main functions of nasal mucus, the presence of rhinoliths is a good indicator of a properly functioning nose (as opposed to a "runny nose", which can indicate illness). Bwahahahahahahahahaha!
