there must be some special sporting glasses that dont fog up
in paintball they use some sort of smelly spray to use on the masks so they dont fog up, bikers have a plastic foil with that purpose, ... Im sure there is a way, just dont know it. why am I even posting this :s anyways, good luck on your quest |

Ok, I have to admit I gave up wearing the glasses inside my men (wearing lenses during training now) as it was a pain. But there are a few things you can do, you can rub a tiny drop of dishwashing liquid on the glasses and rub it in until it leaves no residue, once it dries clean the glass with a soft cloth and avoid rubbing too hard. The other thing you can use is spit, a bit disgusting but it works.
But so far the best I found is the antifog fluid for motorbike helmet visors, it works just as well on the glasses On the other hand, if you can see well enough without the glasses, try without them and see how you get on |

There's a thread about this if you search. I use on occasion BARZ surf goggles which makes me look like Robin from Batman...
To stop fogging: 1) Buy some anti fogging solution. 2) Apply a thin film of soap or detergent(not to thick or it will be smudgy) onto the lenses and let it dry. 3) As someone said before, saliva. I use this on the googles, have a quick lick on the lens and presto! no fogging. |

I had the distinctly painful experience of having one dry on me as I was practicing...
I now use kendo glasses which do fog up somewhat. My take is that fogged glasses are better than hazy shapes that hit me... Right foot as a radar would be great if it allowed me to see my opponent. Without glasses I can barely see the tip of my shinai. |
