I think some of you are being somewhat extreme. Obviously this is not about slaughtering of animals for food, but how it is done, and how it effects our environment. I am all for eating meat, and such, but they must be slaughtered properly, and in a way which does not negatively effect our environment.
Even if he started an account just to give us his opinion, I realy dont think he is force feeding it to us. You dont have to watch the video if you dont want to. Also, it is a good cause, atleast he isn't posting Porn. I for one signed the petition. |

The top three sport fishing boats in the atlantic caught, tagged and released over 1000 bill fish last year. Approximately 60% were later killed, caught by tuna longliners.
Culling a herd is one thing, wholesale destruction is something else. 50 years from now the oceans will be dead and then the rest of the planet will quickly follow. Sign up now for the moon and Martian colonies. |

50 years from now the oceans will be dead and then the rest of the planet will quickly follow. Yep! The irony is that you hear very little about how poorly the fishing stocks of the world are faring, but you hear bunches about the benefits of eating lots of seafood! It will continue to be a very scary thing until some way of sustainable fish culturing is invented, if it ever is.

Here's a better one for you since you seem to be very emotionally engaged. THere are quite a few more than 175 signatures on this petition. Not quite sure why the fellow that started this thread chose to link to the petition he did though.
