Right now, they are both uncomfortable for me as well as being hard to balance in. I think I need to practice the "asian squat" and also do a lot of streching, because my legs and hips are too tight, so realy no position is comfortable right now.
The Sonkyo no onara is the most dreaded event...its like the A-bomb, everyone loses.
Actually, if you want to try death try one of the squatting toilets we have here in asia...its no fun taking a shit when you have to stand and stretch 5 times during de poo poo to get the circulation back...
