I do not agree on this one because I think that there's a big difference between a team like France, third in the IRB world's ranking, hoster of the event, among the favourites and expected to reduce his opponent to shreds (Argentina is sixth in IRB world's ranking); and Italia, ninth in the IRB world's ranking, who never made it out of the starting pools, facing an opponent way too strong and titled (New Zealand is first in the IRB world's ranking). Concerning France, without minimizing the performance of Argentina, they lost on their own fault and not because of an outstanding opponent. I hope they'll wake up, I trust they can beat the rest of the opposition (and hope the Irish will beat Argentina). |

HA! Take that Japan! You may be good at Kendo, but rugby PA-CHA! I am not a great follower but you have to give credit to the Japanese team for tyring, given the carnage that is usually inflicted on them. I still have vivid images of Japanese people flying around the pitch after attempting to tackle Oh, and Argentina rocks Question, an opportunity has come up to do a bit of tag rugby with work and I don't need to commit too much time, is also beside the job, has any of ye done it before, if so, is it worth doing?, I am just looking for a rugby taster. |

HA! Take that Japan! You may be good at Kendo, but rugby PA-CHA! Still, to go into total fantasy land for a moment, wouldn't it be great if we met in the final again and Johnnie got a drop goal again in the last seconds to win again. Yes, nurse, I will take my medicine now. No, the voices haven't come back again. I'm sure I'll be better soon. |

lol Tag rugby is often taught in schools here in the UK. I would like to think that it is because it teaches kids to move the ball quickly before someone gets a chance to get near them, to encourage a flowing, running game, to improve their basic techniques at speed etc etc. But I think it is down to bloody Elf and Safety laws in this country which stifle everything - too risky for little Tommy to play rugby; might get hurt. Funny how the same Government think its okay to do certian drugs. Little Tommy isn't allowed to get a bruise but is allowed to get smashed off his face and give himself brain damage. I think it's generally called Rugby League. |
