I had an in-dojo relationship ... lasted about a month, but we're still really good friends now, has had no impact on the practices at all.
talk to the guy let him know the dojo floor is no place to make his move. tell him to ask her out or something, get to know her out of class. Because if practice is the only place they meet, you cant keep it of the floor, thus interfering with practice.

Oh she knows about it and has openly said she isn't interested but I get the impression this is just a cover. Call it male intuition ( and yes ladies we do have this).

She did have a sweetly daft grin on her face when she found out. Maybe she is just flattered, maybe she is just shy.

Of course I don't want to interfere - that would be wrong.

My instincts suggest that I should tease the hell out of them both but I think that would be unhelpful especially if he REALLY likes her and she secretly likes him.
