I think both the koreans and japanese have some weird stuff.
There are crab burgers and kimchi burgers in Korea. And I wouldn't be surprised if they have crab topping on pizzas in both countries.

Throw on some cold tomatoes which have been thinly sliced and drizzled with olive oil till all the goodness is bubbling over, some incredibly fattening, melty, gooey, hearty, warm, cheesey goodness topped with basil sprigs grown the garden and this is good why?

I went to the China town this weekend with my friend who's Chinese. And it was quite an oddity. I saw a aquarium full of frogs. Really huge frogs. I was looking at them and it just was not normal. I was shocked that he actually ate frogs. I heard about people eating frogs, but still, eating them as an actual dish was a bit crazy for me.
