Is true, Ninja's followed the way of total awsomeness and preserved it through centuries in Feudal Japan, it is said it was them who invented wailing guitars to make their flipping-outs look cooler, rather than just violent.

Has anyone tried the dissapearing Kata as described in Fudebakudo, it goes like this (in order):

Adopt ready stance
Adopt disappearing stance
Adopt ready stance

Is a bit hard, specially the second bit, but I am training hard, also transforming into the Hulk when I get really p*ssed off, I haven't got the green part yet but I can turn into a nice shade of red.
