woohoo! after years of visiting the dojo, my ugly mug finally makes it to the photo page for ２００８年４月５日... It was the AGM, so I had to have beer otherwise there would have been some left....and I hate waste. And yes I do have a bigger glass than everyone else. There was a lot left.(and I refuse to drink out of sherry glasses)

They say male baldness comes from the Mother's side.
My Grandfather went completely as bald as...as bald as...er..Satsumaruma (lol) by the age of 24, my Uncle went bald at 30.

I am doomed.

What can I do I suppose.

If it happens, I'll just go for the Patrick Stewart look and fake a British accent.
. I mean, only much more than I already do now.

In any case, I have it on good authority that may women find baldness quite distinguished and attractive.

as a side note, my accent was used by my USA buddies on a recent trip to Charleston to lure young ladies to our table. This was achieved by giving me the money and sending me to the bar to order the drinks. "oh my, is that an english accent...??I just LURVE your accent..."
Which reminds me... why does USA beer only come in 12oz bottles, when Imperial pints are 16oz??? You are all getting ripped off!!!

It comes in pints, too. I must add that people will look at you like you're an alcoholic when you purchase to 16 oz case, instead of the standard 12 oz. Me? I enjoy the 16's.

P.S. I discovered that I enjoy Asahi beer this weekend. I was told it was not very good, so I purchased some for that reason alone. It could very well be Japan's equivilent of Natural Light, but I thought it was okay.

The other is where I am holding something under the table, and offering the young lady in the pic a try of it. She's smiling because Japanese girls aren't used to great big ones like that. You can actually see it in the last pic on the second row.... a proper sized beer glass!
