ARE WCE/ FREO PLAYERS , ROOKIES INCLUDED AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION FOR STATE GAME V STH AUST ?

Rookies are eligible, however if they are elevated to cover an injury etc they become ineligible even if they dont play an AFL match.
