What are the basic requirements for fitness of basketball player?
 
What are requirement for fitness to become a basketball player, can anyone explain me. I am keen to join basket ball team in my college but afraid I will be fit for this game or not. Please guys help me out.

Hey why are you afraid, if you have good cardio system, strength and agility you are fit for basket ball game? Height is not matter for this game, so do not worry.

Good you are keen to join basket ball team; I think height is not particular for this game although you must have well functioning cardio system so start cardio training. You must have strength to play basket ball so develop stamina. Rest depends up on your skill for this game.

One of my relative is basket ball player on state level, he always concern for his cardio working. He does running, aerobics and sprinting to tone his body muscles. So I advise you join GYM if you want to jump high.

Hello my dear friend, all the best for your selection in the basket ball team. Basic requirement for basket ball are fit and tone body with flexible muscles. Dude you must have stamina to play this game. So prepare yourself with proper cardio and strength training.

If you have stamina and strength, you are fit for basket ball game. Do not afraid i am sure you will be selected for your college basket ball team. Just make sure you involve in training related to agility and skill improvement.

I think other then fit and fine body no other special requirements are there for basket ball game. If you have normal height and tone body you are eligible for basketball. If you don't have flexible body and muscles I suggest you hit the GYM.
