From Indiaglitz, rediff and indiafm
-Guru will release the soundtrack between Nov. 15th-18th. Also, Madras Talkies have pushed back the release date from Dec 22, averting it's clash with Priyadarshan's "Bhagam Bhag." For now, it appears that Guru will release in the end of the year. No date for Guru hasn't been confirmed yet as of now. |

From the looks of it, it deals with industrialist struggling for the win, so it MIGHT have shades of Ambani.

Rahman's music is very arabic and soothing. Reminds me of Bombay for some reason.
After watching the trailer, it looks like Abhishek goes through the whole "Annamalai" look. Not like anyone close to Rajni but the plot was similiar from paalkaran to hotel ceo. Guru has shades of Annamalai and shades of Iruvar. I get the feeling that Guru's a inspired remake of Iruvar, but I guess we'll wait and see then. Oh and Look out for the music in the market by tomorrow or by Friday! |
