Director Samuthirakani and star Sasikumar are a lethal combo at the b-o.
When the two come together, it’s magic at the marquees. It’s been a string of hits from them — Subramaniapuram, then Nadodigal and later Eesan. Now the power-packed duo are back with Poraali, once more directed by Samuthirakani and starring Sasikumar. With expectations soaring, comparisons are bound to crop up, but Sasikumar is confident his offering will meet the audiences’ expectations. “All films are different from each other, so comparisons are not fair. Nadodigal was different and so is Poraali, this is my movie, and I can’t talk more about it, but personally Poraali is better. I have watched the film and I am sure the movie will satisfy the audience,” he smiles. Sasikumar adds, “In Samuthirakani I have a very good film. I was happy portraying the character, but ultimately the fate of a film depends on the viewer buzz and I am keeping my fingers crossed!” The movie will hit the screens on December 1 and stars Swathi Reddy, Vasundara and Allari Naresh too -http://www.deccanchronicle.com/ Movie is Releasing on Dec 1st --- |
