I asked too, equa. Only response was Sanguine making a bra crack. Who would name their kid Libra? Thank god, my dad was not like that, for I am a male and was born in Sept 17.

I'm reminded of a line from S. Ve. Sekhar's 'periya thambi.'

SV's acolyte: "enna pEru sAr... theruppuzhudhi..."
SV: "unakku mattum super title vechchittAngaLA?"

Plus its a masculine name. As would the Libra part of Liberace (if you connect it that way). But to name a gal, Libra? Must have lots of childhood trauma in her. Probably invoked that when doing Chandramukhi.

Bob, Bobby is usually short for Robert (in US at least), like Dick is for Richard, Jim is for James.

And that name, if spelled "Bobbie", then, it's a gal.

But Libra...

What about Bharathi?
பாரதி is very much feminine.
It was a title - a reference to Saraswathi- given to Subramaniyam.
