In the movie Vaali, senior Ajith visits Mumbai where he spots Simran for the first time in a shopping complex. Simran is shown walking across few shops. This whole scene was shot in Raahat Plaza, Vadapalani and not Mumbai. Those who have visited this shopping complex can easily make out from this scene.

In Gilli, the passport they show of Thrisha would have age less than 18 - someone pointed this out to dharani in an live phone-in program and he was quick to ask em back - how come u noticed that minute detail - thiruttu vcd la pause panni paartheengalaanu :P

There is a scene in Oru Kaithiyin Diary where Kamal is hanging from a ledge. I'm pretty sure that the close up showed Kamal's arms over the building ledge. But the far shot shows Kamal (or the double) clinging on to the ledge by his hands.

MMKR: In the first night scene, Kamal's Kameshwaran gets up from the bed in shock on seeing Avinashi and paati. And then he is searching for his pant pockets to dip his hands in, when he is wearing a veshti. Odd for someone who has worn veshti all his life to be doing this.
Aboorva Sagotharargal: When 'Crazy' visits Kamal's mechanic shop to take delivery of his vehicle, Kamal glances at the camera for an instant, moves 'Crazy' to the correct angle and continues the conversation.

Both pretty obvious mistakes and quite surprising coming from Kamal.

Just before sivaji would go to the streets, he would have a gold pen in his pockets (when the officials ask for his rolex watch)

In the streets, he would be with a cheap filler pen.

Other scene is, Sivaji would enter a room with a pink tie and come out with a different tie
