Default Benefit of Drinking More Water
Water is one of the essential thing that needs everyone, it can save our body from dehydration. It's recommended by most of fitness experts because it's vital to our body.

Water can help you to loss your body weight, reduce major skin disease, it's also called pain relief, prevent cancer, make your kidney healthy.

There are also many benefits to drinking more and more water, most of people make this new year resolution and I highly suggest to drink more than 12 glass of water each day.

I have found that I drink more water when I use good ice. I have to have it really cold and the ice has to be clear. Sounds picky, right? But it's true. I love water like that. Whatever works . . .

I must remember to check out ice quality a little more often to see if it helps me enjoy alcohol more.

Nah. Just realised that vodka couldn't give me any more pleasure than it already does.

There is no alternative for water and its endless benefits no doubt. But its essential to keep a healthy diet and exercise along with it to be totally healthy

Sounds picky??? It just sounds downright wierd! You think so? I got a bag of ice recently that was cloudy. You could tell it wasn't that good. It had a foul taste.

Maybe it is weird, but I notice my husband has the same thing. If we have ice - especially the good stuff - he drinks water like it's going out of style.

Nothing like dirty ice to spoil the experience. And just cold water isn't that same.

Ice is bad for throat, cool refrigerated water is more healthier an option. There is nothing like cool water to put out your thirst. water at normal temperature just isnt the same

Yes, there are various benefits of drinking water. Its keeps up feet, good for our digestive system. Without drinking water we can not live. So, its very important for life.

Drinking more water is good for the health.. If you drink more amount of water daily it would help you to prevent from lots of diseases. . One glass of luke warm water with honey and lemon in it cuts down the fat ; early morning .

Water really does a lot for our health. I also heard that there's such thing as needing to drink water with an empty stomach right when you wake up.

Our family doctor told me that 2 litters per day is the best quantity, but there are a lot of disputes about the right amount. I personally feel better when I drink a lot of water (2-2,5 l).

If I drank 12 glasses of water a day I would never get any work done as I would be pi$$ing like a draught horse, LOL. But hey i do agree with you, flushing those kidneys and keeping hydrated is good for you. Unfortunately I drink less water than a camel. Thats probably because I am glued to this PC for 7hrs per day and get so ingrossed in my work that i really could not be bothered getting up for drink, let alone lunch.
