Shameless self promotion I know but, we have a range of 'How to' business manuals, downloadable from our website. Topics range from Improving customer service to Conducting Staff Interviews or writing training manuals. All our manuals are easy to follow and based on extensive experience and research.

I run an online bookstore, and at the moment I'm attempting to build up the range of business books that I sell on my site.

So if you have a list of business books or one business book in particular that you think stands out above the rest, post it here and I'll try to order it in if I don't already have it in stock.

"Superfreakonomics" by Steven Levitt

"The Richest Man in Babylon" By George S. Clason

Doesn't matter where you buy them, if you're in business you should check them out.
