they haven't lived here. All in all people just don't know how to drive. Being in the passenger seat and being the onlooker I experience this almost daily.

I call bull on Orlando being the only US city to make the list. I have driven in a LOT of major US cities, Orlando included, and it would never even cross my mind to be put on a list of bad cities to drive in.

I've driven in a lot of US major cities myself and had been in Orlando for several times especially during peak vacation seasons and I would never think it's one of the worst. There are far more US cities much worst than Orlando

In Rhode Island, they have these signs along the interstate that say "Speed Limit Strictly Enforced". Pretty much the biggest joke ever. I felt like I was driving on the autobahn.

Why isn't Winkler on that list? Oh wait...that's because Winkler isn't a city.

Cant believe London isn't on the list. What with the congestion charge and terrible parking restrictions, it makes you feel like a criminal just for driving!

(we REALLY need a new smiley saying "I'm with the hot chick")

I lived in Florida and have driven thru Orlando countless times. Atlanta on a normal weekday puts Orlando at it's worst to shame.

Los Angeles on a normal day is probably the worst city I've ever driven in... and that includes Boston, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix, and the greater Bay Area. I doubt it's as bad as some of the other cities listed from around the world, but I'm willing to bet the only one that's probably as bad is NYC.

I rank Atlanta as worse to drive in than NYC, and I'm pretty sure I've only done interstates in ATL. (Matt swears we picked a good day to drive in NYC. )

Of Wikipedias "23 Largest Cities in the East" (since I've really only got driving experience east of the Mississippi) I have driven in Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Memphis, Nasvhille, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, VA Beach and Washington DC. Of those, I have to say DC is by far the absolute worst.

Concur... DC is a nightmare now, with all of the 1-way streets and security.

The Beltway is even a little worse than Atlanta's Perimeter.

Plop me in Atlanta during rush hour any day. Do not make me go through DC at midnight even.

I'd say proximity has something to do with it, but I've lived where Memphis is the nearest city and where I was driving VA Beach far more often than I drive DC.

Baltimore is pretty bad too, but that's not so much the people as it is the roads. Itty bitty little narrow lanes and they curve and they're poorly marked. And to top that off they want you to go 45 mph. How on God's green earth do you expect me to top 20 and be safe?! But I know the garage I like and I get there and that's that. I'm done driving. I'll hoof it the rest of the way, thank you very much.

I absolutely hated driving in NYC. The congestion and rude drivers were terrible! I've lived in 13 states and NYC by far was the worst!
