Default How can I watch F1 without cable/satellite
Is there any legal way to download or watch f1 races without cable or satellite. I know I can do torrent but I don't want that, it's very time consuming.

We have cable in the UK too. http://www.virginmedia.com/

Unless you say where you are, my response is, BBC1.

NOOOOOO!!! It'll just be a site which provides links of dubious legality, which are freely available if you know where to look. Never ever ever ever ever pay one of these scammers.

They are thieves. They only provide links to other illegal streams on the web, which are generally available to people who know where to look for.

Unfortunately, there is no provider online streaming the race worldwide. Some national providers (BBC) will stream on their website, but due to licensing, they are only able to stream to IP addresses of their own country.

Of course, anyone who knows anything about IT knows that spoofing an IP address takes two minutes. There are so many ways to do it, including anonymizers (like TOR), public proxies, and even VPN. In terms of quality and reliability, nothing beats a good VPN, but you usually have to pay for it (a UK VPN costs about ₤8 a month these days).

And while riping pubilc streams and providing them on dodgy websites is certainly illegal, there is no law in any country prohibiting anyone from getting a UK VPN and then accessing the BBC website from there.

When the alternative is following the times in F1.com with no vid, then one could regard justin as miraculous and wonderful. It's all relative to what you can or cannot get.
