That's still not 100% 2009 spec though. They showed the rear wings a few months ago bolted onto their 2008 car (it looked weird). This pic is the 2009 front and rear wings, but the rest of the car is still 2008 spec.
I don't think that picture really does justice to the change in rear wing that there has been - it's a lot harder to tell when it's at 45 degrees. The shot straight on from a few months ago was a lot more surprising.

Looks good. If the cars were a bit wider they would look quite mean with the slick tyres.

I like it, actually, and I think it will look even better with the '09-spec body aerodynamics.

Although, the rear wing looks very weird.

Is it me or is the front wing lower? That would help with some more oversteer...

Looks pretty cool and if it makes for better racing who cares what it looks like!

It doesn't look that bad... only the freakin' narrow rear wing... but on the other hand we don't have those little wings... so it kind of compensates for it

I think

I think they are about 50 to 100ml lower than before as well as wider, the point is to try to creat a ground effect with it so its less effected by turbulance.

Looks a lot more agressive F1 changes come and go and by the 3rd race I don't think anyone will notice them that much

don't like it at all.

only F1 can manage to actually revert to the stone age when it comes to car development. Iactually liked the 2008 cars and their looks, a few tiny modifactions were all they needed. For all the talk of no overtaking possible. There sure was a lot of it this past year.

So I'm no fan of the 2009 spec

I think the rear wing looks ridiculously narrow. IMHO it makes the IRL cars look good! What was needed was to just simplify the wings, remove all the little aerodynamic devices and go back to slicks.

well the wing looks rinky dinky but if you get all the other aero sh!t hanging off the car maybe we can stand it because we will all be looking at the SLICKS

Actually, I think the '09-spec cars the teams were running in July, with the single-plane rear wings and straight two-plane front wings, looked better.
