The Ultimate Team coming to F1

According to Autosport, Ultimate Motorsport of British Formula 3 are planning a takeover of Toro Rosso.

Wow, I know in an interview with Autosport last winter he said he was looking at extending the team into F1 at some point in the future, creating a ladder from F3 to F1 via Reanult 3.5 (where they are linked with Signature).
