Forbidden Love was one that slowly grew to be one of my favorite songs from Confessions. Especially the performance of it on the tour dvd and the wonderful choreography that went along with it.
I am actually not a huge fan of the COAD album at all. That said, "Forbidden Love" is beautiful and has actually become one of my absolute favorite songs of hers.

I think my favorite thing to come out of this era was that exquisite Confessions Tour DVD. It's my favorite of the tour DVDs even though it's much more a "film" than a live concert on video.

^I adore it....I have watched it many times, and have showed it to non-Madonna fans and they always really enjoy it too.

i was never a fan of push until very recently. i don't know, it just hit me hard one day and then i was quite obsessed for about a week. now, it's one of my favorite tracks from COADF. and it only took me a little over six years for that to happen.

and future lovers remains one of my all-time favorite madonna tracks, not just from COADF, but from her entire discography.

I love the Paper Faces remix of Let It Will Be; probably one of my all-time favorite remixes of Madonna!
Best remix ever. I love this song, and it's the only Madonna song that I have on constant rotation. I'd love to see someone make a video of this to the segment of her dancing in the red sequin dress. I looooovvveee that video! It's one of my favorite things to emerge from that era. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I know exactly what you are talking about! I believe it was used for the backdrop of Let It Will Be for the Confessions promo tour.

I've always preferred the Paper Faces mix over the album version. It's amazing and it's on a few of my Madonna playlists. One thing that pisses me off is that performance on the Confessions Tour DVD. I hate the editing. HATE IT! I prefer my homeade DVD of the Confessions Promo show (can't remember where it was filmed off hand, I believe it was London?) for that performance because there is no editing or effects.

Edit: it was London, because she clearly gives a shout out during Everybody which really shoulda been part of that tour.

This is my favorite Madonna album and, IMHO, her masterpiece. The lyrics are so strong and the music fits each song like a tight fitting glove. No missteps, no filler, every note and lyric has a purpose driving the album to its end and I love it, love it, love it!!!

I remember first hearing "Jump" on the album and thinking it would be a HUGE song for her if she released as a single. Well, she did. And you know the rest. Wasted single, in my opinion, with a terrible video. Still, it sounds awesome in "The Devil Wears Prada."
I agree. Whenever I think of "Jump", I always think of it in the context of that movie.

Does anyone know what the phrase "Let It Will Be" means? I don't understand the English on that one...
It's a Madonna lyric, so... She tries her best to make it make sense.

I think it was a nod to "Let It Be."

Hehe. Yah. I guess I'll just never know. To me, it just sounds like broken English. Like "I go there will" or "You have let be." Oh well...

I feel like it combines the concepts of "Let it Be" and "It will Be" into the same phrase - meaning let it be, because it will be whether you like it or not.
