Apparently - I keep getting this message:
The 4UM is currently under maintenance, and is therefore temporarily unavailable.
This will hopefully not take too long, so please return later.

Yeah, I'm getting it now, too, but it was just a blank page for me for a day or two. I guess I'll have to get the bootlegs in some other way. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif

joanasevilyboaz 03-29-2012 04:33 AM

^ yeah I still can't register at the 4um, but I did find some nice bootleg collections on soulseek and of course a couple things on dime.

Can anyone make a quick list of some more soundboard bootlegs? I'm not really finding anything mentioned in the thread so far. EDIT: Except Union Chapel

ladleliDypenue 03-29-2012 04:51 AM

Hm. There is the Riverside Church one, which is flawless.

This may be slightly off-topic but is the 4um down?

Anckzxik 04-16-2012 04:01 AM

I have the first one, and I must admit that I have been listening to it more than the actual album! Really great quality, I highly recommend it for those who haven't checked it out!

^ I see that!! Does anyone have the pre-FM Glastonbury 2007 boot? All the torrent links I've found are dead
Still looking!

And I have another question!

W Festival in Sopot 2003 - one of the only soundboard shows from the 2003 tour (even if it is partial), but every source I've found has been mono. Surely this was broadcast on MTV in stereo?

BTW I can upload some of the bootlegs I've found over the weekend http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif in flac! I'm not sure what site I'll use though, with megaupload being seized.

joanasevilyboaz 04-22-2012 08:05 AM

I'm using 4shared at the moment since Mediafire and Rapidshare were acting up for me. If anyone has problems, let me know and I'll try again

Before someone complain, yes there's a mini-disc in the lineage, but in those days I used to record
audio only of some live TV shows in this way, especialy "Music Planet 2 Nite" ones.
I am not a Bjork "specialist" but I like this particuliar short performance so I share it with you.
Note that I have deleted originaly the interviews between tracks, I don't have the video itself too.
I don't remember the exact date of broadcast sadly (maybe someone do !)

Although it is pre-FM, I don't really care for this bootleg because it is poorly mixed. (Vocals are too loud.) Also, Where is the Line is disappointing.

Thanks Oggy!!

This is most certainly not the FM broadcast of the Berlin 2003 performance,
but rather a soundboard recording with significantly greater frequencies than
the broadast version. Frequency Analyis diagrams are included in this folder
to confirm. This recording does not include the announcer ("Ansage"), but
also does not include Generous Palmstroke, so that the most likely source
of this recording is from a pre-broadcast source. Either way, its most certainly
an upgrade over the FM version!

Does anyone have a good, high-quality bootlegs of the Volta tour? I used to have a great one from her Tokyo show but I lost it when my computer crashed :/.

I found this one from Mountain View:

I've had the United Palace boot for quite some time. It's a good one. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif

joanasevilyboaz 05-01-2012 05:50 AM

United Palace is very good. It's from a streaming mp3 on the NPR website and there's a bit of distortion at times, but still, better than most recordings you'll find. I also have Glastonbury ripped from the video torrent. I'd like to find this but it seems to have disappeared from the interwebs.

There's also Roskilde from a radio broadcast, but the sound is mediocre, and the complete Coachella webcast which is in mono (no good!!) And that's what I've been able to find! http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif I love the Volta tour.

outsitWrord 05-30-2012 04:53 AM

Not a downloadable bootleg, but here's a video of Björk's performance at Bunkamura Orchard Hall in 2001: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_S37uGn0qk (120 minutes). It didn't make the DVD (unlike the ROH gig), so enjoy!
